*President:*	• Ken Morley, elected • Conducts Club Mac of Monterey General Meetings. • Conducts Club Mac of Monterey Board Meetings. • This is an elected board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*Vice-President:*	•Frank Murpy, elected • Performs duties of the President when the President is not present. • This is an elected board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*Secretary:*	-Donna Murphy, elected • Records Minutes of the Board Meetings. • This is an elected board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*Treasurer:*	• Gerry Gifford, elected • Receives membership dues from Membership Chair and deposits into CMoM Account. Reimburse board members for expenses in support of the club (board members are authorized to spend up to $50 per item without prior board approval). Keeps the "Addendum to Certificate of Authority" (AKA signature card) with current bank. Keeps accessible records to track the above information. Supplies monthly reports to the CMoM board of directors at board meeting. Keeps 7 years of accounting books (history) for IRS purposes. Maintains non-profit status with Department of State. • This is an elected board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*Program Coordinator:*	• Bill Schramm, elected • Coordinates programs and presentations for Club Mac of Monterey general meetings. • Works with the board to propose and develop programs for future general meetings. • This is an elected board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*Membership Chair:*	• Frank Murphy, elected • Maintains records of the Club Mac of Monterey membership. • Notifies Members when membership is about to lapse. • This is an elected board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*Web Administrator:*	• Bruce Belknap-- appointed by the CMoM Board • Constructs, updates and maintains Club Mac of Monterey web site. • This is an appointed board position: expected to attend board meetings.
*UG-Ambassador:*	• Jerry Gifford-- volunteer. • Maintains relationship with Apple's User Group for current benefits offered to of CMoM members.
*Minister of Communication:*	->This volunteer position is available for another person. • Currently held by Ken Morley. • E-mails the membership of events; special deals and other membership benefits; General meetings; and other special notices.
*Refreshment Committee:*	• Jack Irvine, Chair -- volunteer. • Within the given budget, the Refreshment committee purchases and presents refreshments at the General Meeting for the Members and Guests to enjoy.
*Benefits Chair:*	• Donna Murphy, appointed • Keeps track of and maintains the current benefits as well as seeking new benefits.
*CD Gatherer:*	•->This volunteer position is available • Collects item which can be legally copied onto the CMoM Quarterly CD.
*Outreach Coordinator:*	-> This volunteer position is currently open. • Maintains and develops new relationships with people and institutions in need of donated Macintosh related materials.
*Librarian:*	-> This volunteer position is currently open. • Maintains and develops new relationships with publishers of Macintosh related materials. • Updates the information for the CM0M Library web pages which includes book listings and reviews.
